I'm looking to put together equipment for the Stygian Veil Trapper Write-Up

it refers to a +20 Energy Staff of Fortitude, how would I assemble that, what do I need?

You dont need to assemble one , you could buy a green
if you do decide to mod , you need an inscriptable staff which you upgrade with insightful staff head and hale and hearty inscription (+5e while ^50% hp.) the staff should have +10 base energy
